What's the difference between solid and engineered hardwood?
Solid hardwood is milled from a single piece of wood and can be refinished many times. Engineered hardwood has a real wood veneer over a plywood core and handles moisture better. We install both.
Can hardwood be installed in kitchens or bathrooms?
Solid hardwood is not recommended for high-moisture areas. Engineered hardwood is a better choice for kitchens. We'll help you choose the right product for each room.
